Hello Everyone, I’m sorry to bother you but am struggling to hold onto my relationship with Mary, the mother of God. Have started the 33 day consecration by Louis de Montfort. Just a small prayer for some intervention from the heavens above because my faith is weak i have been struggling with lukewarmness, and i do not feel strong right now and would like to be refined pelase help. Thanks and God Bless!
 
bdrunner, I bless you with the special blessing of our Blessed Mother. May the power of the Holy Spirit come upon you and fill you with love for the Mother.
 
Just remember this, bdrunner,

Remember that because of Mary, Jesus Christ our Saviour might be born to lead us to a good and right way! She will still love you and pray for you because of Her love

Blessed Mother, crush the serpent of doubt, dryness, lukewarmness, from this person’s soul and with your prayers and special help, encourage him until the end

Dear Lord Jesus,

As You hung on the Cross, You gave Your Blessed Mother to St. John. And You gave St. John to the Virgin Mary to be His Mother. In that moment, the Virgin Mary became the Mother of all Christians. May all who believe in Jesus draw comfort and strength from His Blessed Mother.

Most tender Virgin, make us to feel the sweetness of thy Motherly Heart, and the might of thine intercession with Jesus, and open to us a safe refuge in that very fountain of mercy, whence we may come to praise Him with thee in paradise, world without end. Amen.

My prayers for you…Trust…simply trust. Sometimes we don’t “feel” or have great sensual awareness of our Lord or His Mother, but they remain always with us. If problems are present I will pray you will be made aware of these. But, ultimately, Trust is sometimes the act of faith necessary and it isn’t anything more than a “dry period” God uses to help us grow in faith. Just NEVER DOUBT our Lord and His Blessed Mother are VERY NEAR!

This is very, very common with this devotion. Just keep on persevering! Say the prayers even if you feel absolutely tepid…this actually earns more merit for you. St. Louis de Montfort even said right within his writings that the devil would try many things to get people to give up on the devotion because it would do him great harm. Don’t let him get to you! Praying for you to keep soldiering on!

Bdrunner, On Friday, August 22, we celebrate the Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary.. Am entrusting you to Our Lady and her motherly love for all her children.

We take refuge under thy protection,
O holy Mother of God,
Despise not our prayers for bdrunner
in his necessities,
but ever deliver him from all dangers,
O glorious and blessed Virgin. Amen.
