Hello Everyone, I’m sorry to bother you for hopefully the last time but am struggling to hold onto my relationship with Mary, the mother of God. Finished the 33 day consecration by Louis de Montfort. Just another small prayer for some intervention from the heavens above because my faith is still weak i have been struggling with lukewarmness, and i do not feel strong right now and would like to be refined please help. Thanks and God Bless!

The World’s First Love

There is, actually, only one person in all humanity of whom God has one picture, and in whom there is a perfect conformity between what He wanted her to be and what she
is, and that is His Own Mother. Most of us are a minus sign,in the sense that we do not fulfill the high hopes the Heavenly Father has for us. But Mary is the equal sign. The Ideal that God had of her, that she is, and in the flesh. The model and the copy are perfect; she is all that was foreseen, planned, and dreamed. The melody of her life is played, just as it was written. Mary was thought, conceived, and planned as the equal sign between ideal and history, thought and reality,hope and realization.

That is why, through the centuries, Christian liturgy has applied to her the words of the Book of Proverbs. Because she is what God wanted us all to be, she speaks of herself as
the Eternal blueprint in the Mind of God, the one whom God loved before she was a creature. She is even pictured as being with Him not only at creation, but before creation. She existed in the Divine Mind as an Eternal Thought before there were any mothers. She is the Mother of mothers SHE is THE WORLD’S FIRST LOVE

Faith, not feelings, is the main thing. Read Mother Theresa’s letters (published a couple of years ago, your library will have a copy). She felt “lukewarm,” too. We all go through phases. We’re human. If you depend on your emotions, you will be left confused and adrift. Mary, Mother of God, surpasses our human understanding, although she suffered like we do. Mary loves you, just as you are, and will intercede for you to her Son. God bless!

Praying for your enlightenment concerning our blessed Mother Mary. It is her blood that runs through Our Lord. It was her hands that cared for the precious child we call our savior. It was through her tears that she watched as our sins took the life of her precious child. It was her requests at the wedding feast at Cana that proves what her son, Our Lord, thinks of his mother by his obedience. If then even Jesus Christ was obedient and loving to his mother while on earth and even giving her to us at the foot of the very cross we placed him on as our mother, then who are we not to show her the same respect and honor he did. Are we not members of his family through baptism? Should we not also be as respectful and loving to his/our mother who loves us as well? The fifth commandment is to honor thy father and thy mother…She is our mother and deserves to be honored.
 
Gracious and merciful Father, please come to their assistance.

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven.
