There are two: The Lamb’s Supper by Dr. Scott Hahn and The Spirit of the LIturgy (which is a little more theological) by Pope Benedict XVI.

Fr. John Riccardo did a series of four talks on Benedict XVI (Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger)'s “Spirit of the Liturgy.” Fr. Riccardo’s exegesis isn’t extensive, but he covers and explains some of the most significant portions of the book. You can purchase here:
