Yes. It can be said anywhere provided there is a priest, bread and wine. All the other requirements depend on the situation.

Yes, it may be celebrated in someone’s home. This is an exception rather than the norm. Mass is generally to be celebrated in a sacred place, e.g. a church, cf. Can. 932.

Like I said, depends on the situation. If there was a war and the priest cannot go to the parish to grab his vestments, then he can say Mass without them. Or maybe a case of a small town where the only Catholic parish burned down.

it can with good reason, with permission of the local ordinary, and with the proper vestments, articles etc.–not with your good china for instance. The reason has to be compelling, not just because somebody thought it would be a nice idea.

This discussion seems to be on individual residences. We do routinely have masses at retirement homes, nursing homes, etc.; wherever there is a group of Catholics who cannot easily get to the church.

The places you mention are more likely to have a Mass outside of a sacred place. Nevertheless, Mass can be celebrated in an individual residence.

My husband and I have a priest-friend that says Mass in the home of a family whose had a death. It gives the family the opportunity to go to Mass without being the focus of the congregation. This is a small town parish, so I doubt that would happen in larger parishes.
I also know that many times priests will say mass in hotels while traveling.
