Can a catholic marrying a buddhist have a nuptial mass? What is the church’s teaching on this matter.

Technically a Catholic marrying an unbaptized person is called disparity of cult, not mixed marriage.

The norm is not to have a Mass because half of those in attendance cannot receive communion and it could be awkward for only one of the two spouses to be receiving communion on a day that celebrates their union.
