Mass In Jamaica

We’re planing a vacation in Jamaica this June.

Trying to find a way to go to mass if possible.

We’ll be at Beaches Boscobel near Ocho Rios.

masstimes.com wasn’t much help.

Here is a link to the Catholic Church in Ocho Rios. They have a “contact us” page. Perhaps they can tell you if they are the closest Catholic Church to Beachs or if there is something closer. Have fun! Jamaica is beautiful! Be sure to climb Dunn’s River Falls.

There’s almost no place that you cannot find a Mass being celebrated.

Yeah - I found Masstimes.org not to be too helpful in Jamaica! I googled catholic church ocho rios and came up with a link to the Catholic Church in Ocho Rios. Figure they (or the diocese) can guide the OP to a closer church if there is one. However, I would be surprised if there was one any closer.

Hi!

We went to Jamaica last year and had a WONDERFUL time…enjoy.

We’ve been to several of the Caribbean islands and have never had a problem finding a Mass nearby. We don’t ever worry about looking into it until we get to our destination, and then we ask at our resort and have always found somebody who can tell us about local Mass times. When we were in Jamaica, as it turned out our hotel was right across the street from the church!!
