Mass intention questionn

Hi everyone,

I’m about to request a mass intention for my parish. My bday is in March.

Is this request ok?

For example
This mass is offered for: Jane Doe’s birthday and her family’s intention.

Should it only be Jane Doe’s birthday or the Doe family’s intention separately on different days?

Why not ask that two Masses be offered? One for the birthday and the other for the intentions?
