How much more effective is a mass intention than a prayer request?
 
Infinitely more! While prayers are good, there is nothing like having the Mass offered for an intention. At the same time, we must remember that all prayers and Mass intentions must be in accordance with the will of God.

Also, it the prayers and Mass intentions are for the conversion of someone, no matter how much we pray, how many Masses we offer, God will never force his grace on anyone. They must freely accept the grace.

why then even waste time asking for prayer requests when we could be asking for mass intentions??:confused:
