Hi all, maybe someone can help me find the answer to this question. We have a group of us at church that are learning through the dvd edward sri’s A Biblical walk through the Mass. It is very interesting and we are trying to complete it during lent. We are about half way through. Our leader had a question about a statement Sri made on the section about readings. So I thought I would ask. He said that much of the bible is read in the 3 years but on sundays only. Hmmm we are wondering how much is covered during the daily readings. Or don’t they really count as readings? Are they the same every 3 years? Do they just have to do with the saints? There is a gospel read daily so is this part of the bible through the mass? I am not sure if I am understanding. We are meeting on wed nights so if I get an answer I can tell him. If you have a link that would be great. Our priest is very ill again and I could as another but to get a link would be good. thanks for responses
