Many of them can be found in the American Gradual. media.musicasacra.com/books/americangradual1.pdf

Simpler versions can also be found in a book called By Flowing Waters. You can’t view it online though.

There’s also Simple English Propers. It is in neumes, but there’s practice videos, and the preface of the book also explains the notation quite well.
