Does anybody know where one can look up what extra mass readings are used for when somewhere a memorial day is celebrated as a solemnity?
For example, I went to mass today whereSt. catherine For exaof Alexandria was especially celebrated, with two readings. The second one was the regular one for St.Catherine, the first one was an old testament one and I wanted to reread it online but I don’t know where to look it up. All calendars I have looked at so far only mention the one reading.
Also, the gospel reading according to a calendar is Lk 9, 23 to 26. The priest at the church I went to however used the gospel about not thinking ahead what to tell because the Holy Spirit will give us the words…
I wanted to reread the readings online because I didn’t get them very well, but it turns out to be difficult.
