Mass starvation in Venezuela

In a news article I just read:

“Food has become increasingly hard to find or afford. An estimated 75 percent of Venezuelans lost an average of 19 pounds (8.7 kilograms) last year, according to one recent survey.”

Please pray to Elijah, who fed the widow and her son during the drought, that these people may have relief.

Reports say many in my state are overweight, but I sure would hate to think 75% of us lost it due to starvation. Lord, have mercy!
