I missed Mass today but my dad showed me that I could see a video of Mass on the internet. So would seeing a Mass video be fulfilling my obligation and if I didn’t watch it, would that be a sin?

Your obligation to attend Mass is only fulfilled by physically attending Mass on Sunday or Saturday evening.
TV viewing of Mass does not fulfill any obligation. However, there is nothing wrong in watching it on tv and no it is not a sin not to watch it on tv.

To add to Thistle’s comment, watching Mass on tv can also be a sacramental. Plus, (correct me if I’m wrong), if the Mass is live, then you can get a blessing from the priest at the end of mass.

Although you didn’t go into details as to why you missed Mass, I think it’s worth pointing out that if you missed Mass due to a good reason then no sin is incurred. Although the Church does not give a definitive list of what constitutes a good reason in this regard, the idea is that one had the sincere desire to go to Mass but was prevented by circumstances beyond his control. For example, being ill, taking care of someone else who is ill, and not having the means to get to Mass are commonly considered good reasons.
