Our Lady of Peace in Santa Clara (as noted by the first poster) is indeed a wonderful parish, but it’s way out of your way.
I’m assuming that you will be taking highway 101S straight from Santa Rosa to San Francisco via the Golden Gate Bridge. If you won’t mind a very slight detour, take the 101S to San Rafael, then get on the 580E to Oakland. Directly off of the 580E in Oakland (and I mean
directly. You can see the church right next to the freeway) is St. Margaret Mary’s Church. You’ll exit left on Park Blvd., turn right two intersections down on Excelsior Ave.
The church’s address is:
1219 Excelsior Ave.
Oakland, CA
Please note that there are no English Sunday masses at this church; Only Latin and both the Ordinary and Extraordinary Forms are sung.
Latin Mass in the Ordinary Form @ 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM
Solemn Mass in the Extraordinary Form @ 12:30 PM
This parish is very popular with folks from all around the Bay attending (and surprisingly quite a number of young punks such as myself

), yet due to its location in the heart of Oakland parking is horrendous. Give yourself an extra 15 minutes as you’ll likely have to park a number of blocks away and walk to the church.
In total, going to Oakland will cause you about 20 minutes extra travel. It’s about 25-30 minutes from St. Margaret Mary’s to SFO.
I frequent this parish, so I hope to see you!
