I know what you are talking about brother, I struggled with this evil vice for so long, but I was successful in getting over it, do not despair, prayer is a powerful tool against it.

Go to confession immediately and look for a program of accountability to
fight that conscupicence.

I have fallen back into the same sin as you time after time my entire life that started when I was 13. I’ve never given up but picked myself up and continued trying. I recently joined the Angelic Warfare Confraternity to get additional help. Please do not be afraid to go to confession. You need the additional grace that comes from this sacrament. Please pray for me as I will for you.

A bit of my personal story, I indulged in porn at 13 and later in masturbation at 15, I stopped masturbation by the time I got married at 32, but porn kept corroding my mind for 4 more years, the scars it left are pretty bad, I have been porn free for over a year now, but by no means I consider total victory, it’s a daily struggle against the sin of lust.

The earlier you break away from those chains the better. I do recommend as other have said hear, confession, eucarist in a state of grace, daily prayer, protection against evil spirits, St Benedict’s medal has worked wonders this last year.
