If a company e.g Microsoft freely located to China or used products from China, am i sinning by using their products?

China has a forced abortion policy, and all the money goes to the govenment, i think seen as though it is communist.
 
If you think you are sinning, you are in deep trouble.
Just about everything you buy nowadays comes from there.
