Matins / vespers private devotions

Hi, I am looking for a music source for my personal morning and evening prayers. Anyone doing this already? I am familiar with the plain chant and the 8 tones and all the rest, but I don’t know if or how they are applied to private devotions if at all. Thanks.

Most of he hours is simply chanted in recitation tone; line one on do, last sylable or two may be done on mi; second line on re, ends with re-ti-do.
