When I married my wife I was luthern and she was catholic. I’ve since converted. My question is did I receive the sacrament of matrimony? Or do you have to be catholic at the time of marriage?

As a (presumably) baptized Lutheran you would have received the sacrament of matrimony.

In fact any two baptized Lutherans receive the sacrament of baptism when they validly marry. You don’t have to be Catholic, just both be validly baptized.

Were you married in accordance to the teachings and laws of the Catholic Church?
If you were, then your marriage is a sacramental marriage. Any two baptized Christians(that are unmarried) may contract a sacramental marriage.
