This is the Gospel Reading for July Sunday 27 2008. My priest made a very good point about this passage today. He talked about how those who travel internationally usually will prepare themselves for their trip. They set their watches and get themselves ready for the trip ahead. In the same way, we are citizens of Heaven, we should prepare for our trip for our final destination by preparing our hearts for Heaven.
