May a Catholic agree to raise future children Protestant?

A catholic girl wants to marry a baptised protestent christian. Both the parties agree to have the wedding in the protestant church and to baptise the offsprings in the protestent church. The girl wants to continue as a catholic after marriage. In this situation, will dispensation be granted by the catholic church?
