May a Catholic attend adoration at a non-Catholic chapel?

I take my Catholic wife and son to Mass every week, but our local parish does not offer Eucharistic Adoration. The Episcopal Church I attend has a chapel open for that purpose every week. Is my wife allowed to come with me?

Hi,

No, your wife may not attempt adoration at an Episcopal chapel because the Catholic Church does not recognize Anglican priestly ordination as valid and therefore, Anglican
eucharist as valid. For Catholics it would amount to adoring just a piece of bread.
