Does the Church consider the marriage between a Catholic person and a divorcee of another religion (not denomination) as valid?

Hi,

The Catholic Church recognizes most marriages between non-Catholics. In order for a Catholic to marry a divorced non-Catholic, the non-Catholic’s marriage must be declared null by a Catholic marriage tribunal. THEN, the Catholic must be marry that person through the Catholic Church in order for the marriage be considered valid.
