May a Catholic woman have relations with her divorced husband?

May a woman who is divorced by her husband still have sexual relations with him. He is involved with another woman but still visits her. She is very Catholic and doesn’t believe in divorce. They have been apart for 20 years.
 
Hi,

If they are validly married in the Catholic Church then they are entitled to the marriage bed. He, however, is not entitled to betray his marriage vows as he apparently is doing.
I would wonder about the prudence of engaging is such intimacy with a betrayer-spouse who shows no remorse nor firm purpose of amendment. Nevertheless, she is entitled to have sexual relations with her husband.
