26 years ago I married outside the church to a divorced non-Catholic who was never baptized. We have had a celibate relationship for over 12 years. Can I receive the sacraments if we remain celibate?

Hi,

Yes you may go to Confession and receive Holy Communion if you are living in a celibate way and are in the state of grace. You might want to go to a Catholic parish where you are not known so that people who know you were not married in the Church will not be scandalized.
