Adult Baptisms should only take place at the Easter Vigil. Unless special serious circumstances require otherwise.

Adults being received into full Communion with the Church, those already Baptized. Should be received at two or three different times during the year. If at all possible they should not be received at the Easter Vigil.
 
It is most fitting that, following an ancient custom, adult baptisms take place at the Paschal vigil. Next choice would be eve of Pentecost then other major Feasts of the Lord.

But I would think that for any reasonable pastoral cause, adults could be received at any time.
