May I change the responsorial psalm?

For the Responsorial Psalm, will it be appropriate to use Christopher Walker’s arrangement of “Like a child rests in its mother’s arms, so will I rest in you” instead of “Forever I will sing the goodness of the Lord?” I chose the first one due to the simplicity of the melody, ease in singing, and content referring to children.

The Church allows for such adjustments regarding music and the responsorial psalm.
