May I have relations with my wife who's on birth control?

My wife is Methodist. We are raising our children Catholic. She attends mass every Sunday. She does’t not wish to convert. She was raised in the Methodist church believing birth control was okay. I was poorly taught the faith. Now I am discovering many things I had done were wrong. Is it a sin to have relations with my wife while using birth control?
