May I lease a building I own to a cryogenics reproductive center?

Our building is up for lease, and New England Cryogenics is interested. I know that they have a sperm bank and umbilical cord stem cell storage. I need to find out more about embryo storage. Where do I draw the line or who i can lease the building too?

Dear friend,

Umbilical sell storage is not immoral. But providing storage of sperm for invetro fertiliztion is.
Providing a building for such immoral activity would make you a rather direct participant in that activity. It would be mortally sinful.
