May I participate in my sister's Protestant wedding?

My question is regarding my sisters wedding. I was wondering if it was alright for me to be in her wedding in an Episcopal church. Her fiance is a non practicing Catholic. She is a non-practicing Protestant and they don’t know what religion they are wanting to join after their marriage. I just don’t know if I should not support her because I feel like if I don’t, that I’m one of the only Catholics she knows and she would think I was putting judgment on her and in turn maybe she would never listen to anything I would have to say about the Church in hope of her changing.
