May I receive Communion while my brother is angry with me?

I have a brother that is my kid brother, his age is 50 years old, we had a fallen out with each other, i have try to make peace with him even tho its not my fault, we were on good standing with each other, and then he got mad at me when i sent him out of the hospital room when i was talking to my doc. About my heart attack. Now he has our mother, wife, and son turn on me for what did in the hospital. I can not make peace with him. Can i take communion when i am not at peace with him?

It sounds like you are at peace, but he is not. Yes, you may receive Holy Communion.
