May I receive Holy Communion on Saturday night and Sunday?

If I receive the Eucharist at the Saturday Vigil Mass, is it proper for me to receive it again on Sunday morning?
 
Dear Miz,

Yes, you may receive Holy Communion at the Saturday Vigil Mass and at Sunday Mass as well. Even though they are both masses for that particular Sunday, they are offered on two separate days.
