May my brother receive the eucharist at an Episcopal church?

Hi. My brother is wondering if he and his family can receive “holy communion” at my sister’s episcopal church today. Can you help me out? He is waiting for my answer.
 
Hi,

Catholics are not allowed to receive Anglican eucharist under pain of sin. We do not recognize it as valid since they lost valid orders (ordinations) early on.
