May you and St. Anthony pray that I find a Job

I need your prayers that I will find a job soon. I recently had to move in with my mother in a town I don’t know very well.

Please help me with your prayers.

St. Anthony of Padua, Pray for me and all who need a job.

Hey Daniel,

I pray mightily for you and encourage you to just sit in poverty before the Blessed Sacrament and let it all hang out before Jesus in his presence. That’s what I did one day. Within a week I had a job. But I tell you that when I walked out of the church it didn’t matter to me if I had the job or not. I knew God knew what to do. I knew all would be well. And I allowed myself to weep in my poverty. I really didn’t know what I was going to do. But I laid it all out there before him. I’m telling you it works. Be patient.

And St. Anthony, please help Daniel to find meaningful employment soon, very soon. This is my heartfelt prayer. And I know you hear me. And I give thanks for what you are about to do for him .

The answer to my prayer may require a miracle. Even so, you are the Saint of Miracles. O gentle and loving St. Anthony, whose heart was ever full of human sympathy, whisper my petition into the ears of the Sweet Infant Jesus, who loved to be folded in your arms; and the gratitude of my heart will ever be yours.
