Helllo… I was born and raised Catholic. I did have some years away from the Church but have been back now for some time. So now as I remember what I was taught in CCD and trying to apply to my current life some of the basics seem to make me think about things…maybe over think.

So I want to put something out there and get others thoughts… if you care to share :o

I have found my self going to Adoration Chapel… and while I realize the chapel is the for Eucharistic adoration and prayer. But I have found myself feeling like it “helps” me. But then I feel silly like I am going for myself…

How do others feel… after adoration do you “feel” better, stronger, more steady…?

We are certainly “helped” in the Presence of Jesus. No one can deny the power of Eucharist. Go to the Adoration Chapel whenever you can. Jesus is waiting for you. He loves to spend time with his children. And there is no time better spent than in front of the tabernacle. God bless!🙂

What a very good question, personally speaking when I just converted I found myself nearly running every day to Adoration, not that some time has lapsed I don’t run(maybe I still should) but do go twice a week, and I feel stronger, and as you put it more steady, after all its praying to the Lord, adoring the Lord, and if He sends you this “feel better” factor well that is what He wants to send us, so accept it.

Thank you for your replies…would this “feeling” be somewhat in some way God’s Grace… that I hear about so often?
