In January, McDonald’s paid for travel and accommodations for 56 employees to attend the “Pioneer Summit” in San Diego. The purpose of the meeting was to develop a plan to promote the gay agenda within the company. Those attending were thrilled that McDonald’s showed such support for their agenda.
“It was truly inspiring to see McDonald’s Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual and Transgender members come together to share heartfelt, personal stories about their journeys, challenges and personal reflections. Better understanding these journeys … will **help us better grow our people **in the restaurants and across the company,” said Brian Unger, senior vice president.

AFA has asked McDonald’s to remain neutral in the culture battle – to neither oppose nor support the gay agenda. McDonald’s has refused, choosing to support those groups and individuals promoting the gay agenda — including homosexual marriage. A McDonald’s official (Bill Whitman) went so far as to say that those who oppose the gay agenda are motivated by hate.

I already don’t eat at McDonalds for health and financial reasons, but if they offered me a trip to San Diego in January, I would feel tempted.😃

Seriously, I am a little suspicious because of the vagueness of the accusation here, and especially the action called for against many businesses that are locally owned and are such a valuable employer of local youth and others who need low skill jobs.

It would be more suitable to stick to the underlying issues involved and to live out the Christian alternative as an example to the undecided. That would include modesty in dress, chastity, fidelity in marriage, divorce, the value of children, contraception, and other aspects of sexual morality rather than such a narrow focus on homosexuals.

I’ve passed the restaurant by 6 times already as a personal boycott because of this issue.

Not much cash lost by the company, but at least I’m not helping the bums out.

Max. You’re right, It wont hurt them. But i agree, at least ya not helping them. The only mcdonalds i like is a freshly cooked, hot of the grill jnr burger. While i have some Americans attention on this company, I’ll like to ask a question. Are big mac’s in the U.S getting smaller? I live in Australia. And they have definitely gotten smaller here. I was wondering if this was a world wide thing mcdonlads is doing or if its just mcdonalds Australia being cheap?

I don’t know about the Big Macs. I buy off the dollar menu, which usually limits me to a double cheesburger, small fries, and an overpriced cup of water.
