Meat on Fridays - when is Friday over?

When refraining from meat on Fridays (during Lent or during the whole year) when does Friday end?

Meaning can you eat meat at midnight or is Friday over when you wake up Saturday morning, or at sunrise Sat morning?

Friday is understood to begin and end at midnight:

Can. 202 §1. In law, a day is understood as a period consisting of 24 continuous hours and begins at midnight unless other provision is expressly made

At 12:00 am Saturday a Catholic is free to eat meat.
