Meat on St. Patrick's Day (Friday?)

Similar to our diocese.

Our diocese granted a dispensation for that day, but we were “asked” to substitute another penance the day before or after.

If it looks like I’ll be eating meat on Friday I’ll pray an additional five decades of the Rosary on Thursday night. I usually pray an additional five decades on Fridays during the rest of the year if I eat meat.
