I recently have been reading a popular book for chronic health conditions by Anthony Williams called “Medical Medium”. He gives advice on what foods and supplements to take to restore health and supposedly has a huge following. He claims most chronic autoimmune type diseases are caused by a variety of viruses that over time wreak havoc on your body. His information is given to him by a “spirit”. The information in his book actually sounds plausible, even though he has no medical background. When I first got the book, I skipped his personal information about this “gift” and how he got it, and basically just read what foods and supplements to take. However, I just read more about him, and find it a bit disturbing. He says this “spirit” told him he sits directly under God and tells him what is wrong with people and what they should do to heal themselves. I am now a little uncomfortable having this book in my house and wondering if I should get rid of it. I have been following his protocol for a few weeks and hate to give it up now. I also am hesitant to throw the book away because of the recipes he has in them. However, I know any “gift” of this type is either from God or from the evil one and it doesn’t sound like it’s from God. Any advice?
