I am on a medication right now (by my own choice cosmeticly) that has caused me terrible urinary tract pain. I enjoy very much what the medication is doing but the pain is intolerable,
Code:
Its an odd feeling, because the pain goes away if given an errection, or actuallly commiting a sexual act. I absoultly under no circumstances lusted, odd enuogh I was praying that I would not fall into lust

Would this be sin, your thoughts?

One is not permitted to directly seek an erection or commit a sexual act of the kind that is sinful (one could call a chaste kiss a sexual act too…so I think you know what I mean here)…so no one can not go there for medical reasons…

so yes it a sin…and actually matter for mortal sin

(now as to if you sinned at the time…that would be a question you will have to ask yourself…but it would be good to bring it up in confession anyhow and if you are not sure…just say that)

For of course sex and deliberate arousal is for marriage …

I would talk with your doctor…there may be another medication…and you may need to reconsider it anyhow due to the pain associated etc.

2352 By masturbation is to be understood the deliberate stimulation of the genital organs in order to derive sexual pleasure. “Both the Magisterium of the Church, in the course of a constant tradition, and the moral sense of the faithful have been in no doubt and have firmly maintained that masturbation is an intrinsically and gravely disordered action.” “The deliberate use of the sexual faculty, for whatever reason, outside of marriage is essentially contrary to its purpose.” For here sexual pleasure is sought outside of “the sexual relationship which is demanded by the moral order and in which the total meaning of mutual self-giving and human procreation in the context of true love is achieved.”
My first question would if you have consulted your doctor about this since the side effect sounds to be kind of unnatural. Second, since you say that you are taking this for cosmetic reasons implies that this is not necessary nor is it life or death. So the pain you are experiencing is voluntary because of whatever cosmetic advantage the drug is giving you? Since this drug is not necessary I would say stop taking it. Masturbation is any deliberate stimulation of the genitals for pleasure, even in your case to alleviate pain. You are at least guilty of remaining on a drug that is not needed which moves you to commit a grave act on yourself - wether you were lusting or not the act is still disordered and that act still retains its gravity.

Seriously - go see your Dr.

Hi. The question is how did you obtain the erection? We know that erection can occur involuntarily especially when we’re asleep and our bladder gets filled. But if you deliberately obtained erection by impure thoughts or actions then that in my opinion would constitute a sin.
