Just a hypothetical situation that I thought of:
If a psychologist had a patient who had SSA, but who wanted to be chaste, would it be wrong for the doctor to prescribe medication which would reduce the patient’s sex drive (at the patient’s request)? Would the medication be a “cop out”, or a way for the patient to avoid the near occasion of sin? What do you think and why?
