dhgray,

Do you know what the age range of the Couple for Christ groups typically is?

I think the concern that started this thread was a lack of fellowship among young orthodox Catholic couples in their 20’s and 30’s, many with young children. I don’t know much about Couples for Christ, but if it is like other ministries (most members of my K of C chapter are well into their 70’s) it may not fill that void. What are your impressions?
I know what you mean. Here in Chicago, we try to group the CFC members by age and location. My wife and I lead a Household (prayer group) which had all the young kids since we had 3 under 10 years old.

Ok…I have searched and searched…and have found nothing. There are groups for men, women, moms, dads, youth…not young couples and families.

CFC seems neat, but it also seems like more of a mission. In my little corner, I was thinking this would be more of a support circle…a “social club” if you will.

So, Jeff…any ideas where to go from here? Maybe some ideas on orginization, goals, that sort of thing…formulating a website…
My husband said he would help but is not available until after Christmas, as he works retail.

🙂 Lilder
