Members of Christ vs the mystical body of Christ

I am confused. Is there a difference between the members of Christ body and the mystical body of Christ?
 
Can you be a little more specific? The bible references the body of Christ in several different ways. Are there specific verses you are looking at?

no they are one in the same. the mystical body of Christ is all of the faithful who are baptized in his name. members of the body of Christ is the same expression. some people say the mystical body because its not a real body meaning it doesn’t have a head feet legs etc and going walking around talking to people.

Haha exactly what I was going to say, but I like the way you put it.

It’s a mystical body because we are not actually joined together by sinews and what not.
