The parish I grew up at had a priest from Africa, and at daily Mass, he would often include some sort of acclamation at the elevation of the Host and Chalice just after their consecration. He used “O Come Let Us Adore Him” sometimes; other times was “Come and worship royal priesthood, Come and praise Him holy nation, Worship Jesus our redeemer, He is precious King of Glory.”
It’s not the custom in the U.S., and strictly speaking, it shouldn’t be done. As for the Memorial Acclamation, “O Come…” isn’t one that the Bishops in the U.S. have approved for use. It may be a custom that the visiting priest is used to, and doesn’t know things aren’t the same here in the U.S.
