Mention of king

In The Gospel of Matthew, as Jesus entered Jerusalem, the crowds cried, “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.”
In The Gospel of Mark, as Jesus entered Jerusalem, the crowds cried, “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!”
In The Gospel of Luke, as Jesus entered Jerusalem, the crowds cried out, “Blessed is the king who comes in the name of the Lord.”
In The Gospel of John, as Jesus entered Jerusalem, the crowds cried, “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, the king of Israel.”

Have you observed that Luke and John mention who comes in the name of the Lord?
Luke expresses the king.
"Please explain about the placement of “the king of Israel” in John’s account.

Are you asking why the evangelists recorded different things? I would be very surprised if everyone in the crowd shouted exactly the same thing. Rather, they probably shouted many different things and each evangelist chose to record the one thing from among the many things shouted which he thought would further his narrative best.

What difference does it make being at the end? None.
It would mean the same if it read “Blessed is the King of Israel who comes in the name of the Lord.”

A biblical footnote mentioned:
Blessed is the king who comes in the name of the Lord; only in Luke is Jesus explicitly given the title king when he enters Jerusalem in triumph. Luke has inserted this title into the words of Psalm 118, 26 that heralded the arrival of the pilgrims coming to the holy city and to the temple.
 
St. Matthew is writing to Jews regarding the Kingdom of God, the son of King David. He knows that they will understand he is referring to The King, the King that God promised King David. St. Mark is writing about the “beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.” Once again, he knows that those he is writing to will understand. Remember, they were writing literally to people of their time. They were not thinking about what people 2000-plus years in the future would be understanding.
