Take heart divorced-Catholics.

This may be a tough time of the year for some of you, but truly, stay consistent with your state of life and focus on Christ during this beautiful Advent season and you will feel rewarded. If you have faltered, don’t beat yourself up. Pray during your discernment to understand where God has called you and ask the Holy Spirit for the wisdom to navigate your new course in life. If you are left wanting this time of year, believe that He is in fact with you unto the end.

It can be exciting, optimistic, enriching, and absolutely peaceful. Staying true within your state of life is quite virtuous and noble.

You are not alone. You have not been abandoned. Whether or not you have left the Church in despair, the Church has not left you.

There is a unique devotion among you all; a special compassion. It is a valuable gift that can actually enhance your Advent season spirituality.

You’re all in my prayers as I pray for your faith, compassion, and obedience. Peace in Christ…….

A beautiful Christmas to all of you,

Dear ChristmasKnight. Although I am not, myself… a divorced Catholic… I just wanted to thank you and say, that it is very kind of you to reach out to those Catholics who are suffering the sad effects of divorce in their lives.

One of my sisters is divorced and she suffers very much. Especially, at this time of the year.

So… may God bless you for your concern and your kindness.

Merry Christmas!

Christmas Knight, what a Christ-like and kind thing to say. May YOU be blessed as well. ❤️
