When I was in elementary school (at a Catholic school), my friends did (or tried to do) the Bloody Mary game in the change rooms after gym class. I don’t think they ever completed the ritual or whatever it is - they were scaring each other and screaming randomly. I thought nothing of it at the time, but now, I’m scared that the ritual worked. Could the school be inhabited with demons, and should I contact the parish priest to bless the school or something?

Also, I did some research on the occult before posting this question. Could I have exposed myself to demonic influences by looking at media depicting the occult (e.g. a picture of a Ouija board, a video about Bloody Mary)?

No.
Say the Prayer to St. Michael and forget about it.

And speak to a priest about your scruples.

Just looking at occult things would not lead you to occult influences. However, if you are using occult things, such as using ouija boards, or using the Bloody Mary Game, or using magic spells seriously, or going to seances or the like, that is when you could have personal problems. I presume from what you say, you weren’t involved in such things. The Catholic Church teaches, by the way, that such practices are channels for demons.
Speaking with a priest about this may be good advice.
Speaking to those on this forum, by the way, the best personal defense against Satan is the eucharist, going to confession and living a Catholic life with prayer.
You could speak with the principal about what happened in her school. However, if nothing untoward occurred afterwards, I would think this nothing to worry about.

Don’t worry about it, kids do those kind of things a lot. That doesn’t justify it, but kids usually don’t take it seriously.

You can’t be possessed etc. just by seeing an image of occult something or other.

Don’t dabble - with any of that - because YOU WILL invite trouble.
It’s a trouble that doesn’t go away that easily - either.
It’s bad enough fighting of demonic attacks - being a Christian -
but to dabble - is sheer lunacy.

Hope this is going to the OP, but she’s right about scruples. Notice that you never even said you did it along with them.

In the story of the rich man in Mark 10:26, the apostles asked a scrupulous question. In verse 27, Jesus answers with: “For human beings [being saved] is impossible, but not for God. All things are possible for God.” Hope that helps. http://www.usccb.org/bible/mark/10

Is it possible you sinned by breaking a school rule that long ago? Maybe, I guess, but hey, it gets you to confession, right? Then you can tell the other story and have more protection than you’ll even need against evil. I don’t think any priest won’t recognize the scrupulosity, but say it anyway. Covers all bases, right?😉

As for the fear of evil, think of it this way: driving to the supermarket a block away without your seatbelt = 1 in a 1000000000000000 chance of dying. Skydiving at night while drunk and handfuffed with an frayed parachute that you found in a dusty old locker that you don’t even know is packed right but you don’t have time to think about it because moths fly out in your face 🤣 = 1 in 5(arbitrary but you get the idea) Which end do you think you come closer to?
