Actor says his Catholic school shaped him as a person
The American actor Michael Keaton has paid tribute to his Catholic schooling, saying it shaped him as a person.
The actor, best known for playing Batman in the 1990s and for his role in the acclaimed film Birdman, said he enjoyed being an altar boy, and that his school’s tough discipline “kind of builds who you are”.

I always enjoyed michael keaton on screen.
He sort of disappeared for a few years.

Nice to know he had a Catholic upbringing.
Is he a practicing Catholic today does anyone know?

His portrayal of James Jesus Angleton in “The Company” is one of the finest performances I have seen in my life, easily surpassing that of Matt Damon in “The Good Shepherd. Angleton himself, of course, was the son of a devoutly Catholic mother, hence his middle name.
