Michael lives in Central California. He is in his 40s. He cheated on his wife of ten years on a business trip with a one-night stand and now the other woman is threatening to expose him and claims she has photos, videos, etc.

Michael is very suicidal and is struggling with remorse and wanting to take his life. I just got off the phone with him. Please pray he will make the right choice and not take his life.

Please get Michael to sign on to CAF for support. Tell him he will find it. Many here have gone through similar experiences. My prayers go out to him and his family.
 
Prayer of St. Dymphna

Lord, our God, you graciously chose St. Dymphna as patroness of those afflicted with mental, emotional, and nervous disorders. She is thus an inspiration and a symbol of charity to the thousands who ask her intercession.

Please grant, Lord, through the prayers of this pure youthful martyr, relief and consolation to all suffering such trials, and especially for Michael, for whom we now pray.

We beg you, Lord, to hear the prayers of St. Dymphna on Michael’s behalf. Grant that he won’t give up hope and commit suicide. Let him seek out your forgiveness in the sacrament of reconciliation.

Grant him the relief and cure he so desires. And encourage him to receive medical help.

We ask these intentions through Christ our Lord, who suffered agony in the garden. Amen.

God is all Merciful and forgiving for those who repent. Please avail to him immediate assistance if he is suicidal.
