Thanks for the advice, I know it has to be done

It seems really personal, but I guess it is not a really big to confess it, I am sure some of you in here have had somethings you had to confess.
 
Yes, just tell the priest in the most matter of fact way you can. Try to eliminate excessive drama. Be personal but keep it as much as you can to the facts of the transgression.

Thanks for all the advice, I finally confessed my sin and feel totally free, although I go temporal punishment which I expected would happen anyway
 
I was going to tell you that the majority of confessed sins are of a sexual nature. Reading JPIIs theology of the body will illuminate why sexual sins are the most common.
