Mike Pence Presses for De-Funding Planned Parenthood Abortion Biz

Congressman Mike Pence is pressing for support for his bill he expected to re-introduce in the next session of Congress to de-fund Planned Parenthood — and the abortion business is not happy.

I believe Mike Pence is a man I could support as a Presidential candidate. Yes he is a lawyer, and no, he’s not a military veteran as far as I know, but he does know and honor the Constitution as it was written. He is staunchly pro-life. I think he’s got the right stuff.

God bless him on this issue.

He is going to run for Governor of Indiana in '12…(talk radio here in Indy is a buzz with that rumor). he will win in a landslide.

I think he has ambitions after that. 2020, I believe… he will run for President.

I think he would be an awesome Governor. He would be taking over after Mitch Daniels leaves the state with a surplus.

From what I see, he is the real deal.

He is young so… Congressman and 8 years of Governor is a pretty darn good resume for the Presidency.
 
I don’t know much about Pence, but im glad to hear this!
 
Maybe to drive the point home, he could press to eliminate the tax deduction people AND corporations contribute to this and other abortion services as well. Defunding means dittley squat if taxable parties are only encouraged to contribute more. There is still $1.8 trillion sitting in corporate hands waiting to either pay back in stock dividends, buy up their own stock, or contribute to charitable organizations. It doesn’t look like they want to use it to hire more workers. This move by Pence is a start in the right direction, though.
 
Mike Pence is the real deal. He is a good man and I as a fellow Hoosier am proud to have him represent my State. We need more like him and though I would hate to lose him congress I would love to him as govenor and then Pres…

Instead of giving money to Planned Parenthood, they should be using that money to provide counselling and other resources to girls and women who feel like they need to have an abortion. Help them raise their child and pay for education, food, clothing if they choose to keep the baby. Or help them find an adoptive family. They also need to get out of the situation where they’re becoming pregnant, why they are sexually active when they shouldn’t be. Are they being abused? Coerced by a “boyfriend”? Are they depressed? Angry at mom and/or dad so they’re acting out sexually to “get back at them”?
